Appendix A

Appendix A introduced the internets origins and how networks work. It explained the hardware required for computers to connect to each other in a network, many things that you would never know are happening behind the scenes while using a computer. Connecting to a website seems simple but it explained the complicated process that has to be done in order to host a website and allow people to connect to it. For the internet to be created it took a lot of research and experiments back around the 1950s and 1960s. As the internet grew more uses for it began to be found and it began to spread around more and more to different people, businesses, and organizations. By the 1980s ever business began to get their own computers, completely changing the landscape of business. In the 1990s the first web browser was created, making an easy way to search for things online with a simple interface that anyone could understand.
