Chapter 9

Chapter 9 goes into detail about ecommerce. I have some experience with buying things online, mostly just on amazon. I have never sold anything online so I did not really know in detail how that actually works. As the world becomes more online, more options to purchase things online become available. Lots of businesses that you traditionally see with in person locations are creating websites to purchase their goods online. The chapter talks about possilble security concerns when it comes to online shopping which is not something I've ever thought of. Shopping online has always felt safe and secure to me.
